(APS) All Power Services (Electrician)

Mark and his work are excellent. Our Strata Committee was delighted with the introduction from our Building Manager to consider Mark at APS for the upgrade of all our common area lighting. Mark met with us to understand our requirements and made a number of improvements and suggestions to our initial plans. His quote was prompt, professional, detailed and competitively priced. But most importantly his work was excellent. Mark was thoughtful and considerate of the residents, efficient in his methods, always cleaned up immediately after working on each floor and if you hadn't seen him we would never have known he was there except for the lovely new lighting that has been overwhelmingly welcomed and appreciated by our owners and residents. Several owners have also already engaged Mark to do further electrical work within their apartments. We recommend Mark and APS without hesitation.

Mark's services included replacing and upgrading our switchboard, replacing 25 power points, installing four new lights and two new ceiling fans, installing power for air-conditioning, and work to facilitate installation of an induction cooktop in the future. At every stage Mark communicated clearly about good practice, legal requirements and costs, worked well with me as a joint owner and other trades, and never failed o keep and appointment.

Mark McDonald did a great job changing 4 old down lights to over kitchen island bench pendants, changing another 25 old downlights to stylish low power modern downlights with selectable colour temperature. He also replaced some faulty power points. I highly recommend Mark for his expertise and well organised work.

I look after IT at a local Pyrmont business, and asked Mark to help sort out network cabling for our company when we moved into our new office and found the previous tenant had vandalised the comms infrastructure before they left. Decent sized office, over 70 cables to sort out. He was very pleasant, capable and professional. Everything up and running now. Will be asking him back in future.

Excellent, efficient work from Mark. Would recommend this service to anyone!
