Couldn’t recommend Andrew enough. We had an electrical issue at our café and from the first conversation he was very easy to deal with, straight up and genuinely helpful. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t just come in and tell us we needed to spend a heap of money fixing everything. He really took his time, tested everything properly, worked through what could actually be causing the issue and explained it all in a way that made sense. He gave us a practical solution first and a clear plan for what to do if the problem comes back. He was also really fair with pricing and helped us out with a couple of extra things while he was there without making a big deal out of it. You can tell when someone actually cares about doing the job properly rather than just getting in, invoicing and leaving. Really glad we found Andrew and he’ll definitely be our go-to sparky from now on.
