Absolute Plumbing Solutions

Robert deserves 10 stars in my opinion. I called Robert on a Sunday at around 2:30 pm because my toilet was completely blocked. The blockage had backed up so badly that it eventually broke the duct tape connector on the pipe. As a local plumber, he arrived quickly and, the first time, he didn’t even want to charge me because the repair only took him five minutes and a simple connector. I insisted on paying him because he was giving up his Sunday to help me, and it was my first time using his services. Unfortunately, the blockage turned out to be much worse than expected, so Robert came back again at 5:30 pm. By then it was raining, getting dark, and the underground pipes were heavily blocked with tree roots, causing sewage to backwash. The smell was absolutely terrible. Not once did he complain. He got on with the job professionally, worked through the difficult conditions, completely resolved the issue, cleaned up afterwards, and charged a very fair price for an emergency Sunday call-out. From now on, Robert will be my go-to plumber. As one tradesman choosing another, I can honestly say he gave me a real sense of trust, honesty, and professionalism. Those qualities are becoming harder and harder to find these days. Highly recommended.

Robert came and unblocked a pipe and replaced some other pipes. Great communication. He did a great job. Fast and left to place very tidy. I highly recommend.

Robert its very good with his job. I had to relined my plumbing from the bathroom to the main line and it was a breeze to have him on the job. My backyard was upside down due to the complexity of the work. He did the job well and my backyard does not look bad at all after he finish. I just need to wait for it to regrow soon. He is efficient, responsible, clean, and tidy. He is my plumber to go from this moment. I would recomend him to my family and friends who need his service.

Had emergency burst hot water tap pipe in ensuite sink. Hot water pouring rapidly out of cupboard on floor and out onto bedroom carpet. Called Absolute Plumbing Solutions and Robert talked me through what i needed to do to turn all water off in my stressed state. Once water was off he was on his way to fix. He did a great job and was so patient and calming to focus me over phone. I certainly recommend Absolute Plumbing Solutions.
