Sydney Basin Plumbing

Fantastic prompt service on my fire today ! Jarred went right out of his way to help me ! Extremely grateful! Thank you !

I called up with a fireplace issue having been directed from the fireplace manufacturer’s website. I was patched through to Jarrad who listened to my issue. I sent some photos and he immediately knew my problem. Instead of charging me a call out and fixing the problem himself he instead gave me expert advice to rectify the issue myself. Being in the service industry myself and often when I know I can fix the issue over the phone with a simple tweak I’ll do it. Nice to finally have the favor returned my way. Goes to show Jarrod’s vast knowledge and his integrity. Clearly the man has a good heart and a trustworthy guy. I know who I’ll be calling next time when I have a serious plumbing issue. Thanks mate.

Jarrad just finished Installation of my Gas Log Fireplace. He converted my old Jetmaster fireplace to an easy to use clean fireplace without losing the fireplace charm. His work was very thorough and meticulous. He also gave the old fireplace a nice refresh. He teft the job area nice and clean and took away all the rubish and reduntant items. He also gave me an extensive rundown on how to operate and recorded the process for me to follow in the future if I need a refresher. I highly recommend his services.

Had Jarred and his team supply and install our gas fireplace. Very easy and professional to deal with. Highly recommend

Jarrad from Sydney Basin Plumbing knew what he was doing in servicing our Real Flame Gas fireplace. We just moved in and the fireplace hadn't been serviced for the past 6-7 years. The standard service included: Check of gas pressures and adjustment, Clean pilots, Adjust gas valves, Replace embers, Clean glass, Carbon monoxide testing, General vacuuming clean. March special was $280 (normally $350). There was no upselling or replacement of parts. He also mentioned that our model was very reliable and only needs service every 2-3 years.
