All Roofing Services Pty Ltd

We hired All Roofing Services to fully replace our roof. We had received quotes from other companies, but after Julian (the owner) visited our property for a proper look at the roof, and have a discussion about it, we were confident that All Roofing's quote was better founded, and that the work done would be of a higher quality and care for details. The team was easy to coordinate with, Julian and team were very patient as we considered choice of colours, and possible extras (skylight blinds, extra thick sarking, ceiling insulation, etc). When the work began, the foreman, Seth, kept us in the loop about what was happening so we could weigh in and confirm details as we went. Once we pulled the trigger, the work happened quickly, despite unexpected delays such as needing to pause for a think when asbestos was found in the front roof gable. All Roofing suggested a reasonable third party for asbestos removal, which made life easy. I'm very happy with the final result. We've had a few storms since, and not only no leaks (as expected), but we can barely hear the rain striking the roof. The new roof has noticeably helped keep the warmth in in winter, and so far with a few warm days in October, it's kept the house much cooler than it used to be. A good new roof is an expensive purchase, and I'm very happy and grateful knowing it's money well spent and that the roof will last. Given the nature of the expense, and wanting to guarantee good results, I'd recommend All Roofing to any of my friends and family looking into getting any roof work done.

All Roofing Services installed whirlybirds on our roof before the summer weather. They are already working to keep the hot air flowing out of our roof spaces. The work was great value and promptly done, with the proper flashings and without any mess or inconvenience. As one roof was a long way above ground, I was glad that the roofer used a safety harness while working.

After nine years of using various roofers and being disappointed most of the time, with problems left unfixed, only partly fixed or creating a new problem altogether (it’s honestly felt like dealing with pirates), I was determined to do things differently this time. When a recurring issue came back, I asked a lot of questions to find someone who could give accurate, well-thought-out and timely answers. Tyron was our first contact and he was exactly that. He answered every question, put us at ease and clearly explained how the issue would be fixed. He also sent through all their insurance paperwork without being asked and made sure we’d ticked every box when choosing a roofer, so we knew we weren’t going to get scammed. My husband always insists on three quotes, so I went back to Tyron with plenty of follow-up questions, and it was never a problem. Even after we took a while to get back to him, he came out again to revise the quote for some extra work we wanted. On the day, Andrew and Tim arrived, and they were just as lovely and professional. Three great people from one company! They were the ones on the roof doing the hard work, and it showed. They took the time to listen to our problems, understood exactly what was needed and offered a fix straight away. Their knowledge of which products work best for each situation gave us real confidence that the job would be done properly this time. When I asked about some facade repairs, Andrew gave me an honest opinion on whether it was worth doing rather than just upselling. They worked efficiently and carefully, and took before and after photos so I could see exactly what they’d done. After years of having to take roofers at their word, that transparency meant a lot. Before leaving, they even used a leaf blower to make sure everything was clean and tidy. You could tell they take genuine pride in their work. They genuinely put themselves in the customer’s shoes and work out the best solution with you. I’d 100% recommend Tyron, Andrew, Tim and the team to all our friends, family and anyone needing a roofer. They’ll be our first call for any future roofing issues!!

Julian went over and above what was required to resolve the issues associated with replacing the roof. Once the issues were resolved, the date was scheduled. Julian and his team did an excellent job in replacing our roof. Julian went out of his way to ensure that the area around the skylight, in particular, was secure. We have had three days of heavy rain and no leaks. A great team, in and out of the office.

Communication was great. Matt was very knowledgeable and very efficient at getting the job done. Thanks.
