Harbour City Roofing

Very disappointed in the after sales service, I have a downpipe that has come away from its riveting. I have repeatedly contacted the owner who says he will come and fix the problem but 6 months on I am still waiting.

Highly unprofessional. DO NOT recommend this business. Warning! – they have nearly 5-star reviews with different address. Check their website and phone number before contracting. It is not even 6 months since their completion of roof works, and we have significant water leakage during rain events. Wants instant payments, however, to rectify the defects there is no response despite claiming within the warranty period. We have a lot of damages summing up to $35k already. The damages include double glazed french timber window, gyprock, paint, mould, eaves, electrical, brick wall, insulation. Very poor workmanship and they sub-contract their work to others as they don’t have an inhouse team. Comes back with same old complaint that the leaves are blocking the gutter and tests the gutter using garden hose. I had cleared up the gutters before every storm event. I could see water ponding in the gutters as the falls are incorrect. Even a single star does not justify their rating.
