Great service. Ian was on time, solved the problem and completed the repairs without fuss. Nice guy and an excellent job. He kept me informed and charged a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Ian came to service my toilet and fixed the problem super quick for a very reasonable price. Very happy customer, will be using Platypus Plumbing again!!

Ian was excellent to deal with, we've had him do work on our kitchen and bathroom and both times had outstanding experiences. Great communication, very reliable and professional

Very fast response, reliable and did a perfect job. Highly recommended

Ian from Platypus has just finished plumbing in and reseating the constantly dripping shower and bath taps in my bathroom - Great job PLUS ,bonus, my sad excuse of a shower nearly blew me out of the bathtub! You forget how good a decent pressured shower is! He also replaced the bathroom sink and the kitchen tap. Now, this is good and what you would expect from a plumber HOWEVER what elevates him is that he is very approachable, patient and happy to explain stuff to you. In my opinion, it doesn't get better than that!
