TM Pro Plumbing

Thomas and his team did a great work on a renovation at my house where we had a large extension, we had to change the layout of the plumbing and had to do stormwater pipes. He suggested a great layout of the plumbing and where to put the hot water heater and now I have a really hot shower and I don’t have to wait very long for hot water. Really appreciate the suggestions that were made.

I contacted Tom about a plumbing issue in my bathroom. He first came for a complimentary inspection and took the time to understand the issue properly. He gave me some helpful tips to try myself before doing any work, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the issue persisted, so I contacted Tom again. He listened to my latest update and came up with a practical solution that didn’t cost me much. Tom is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to deal with. I really appreciate his honest advice and willingness to find the best solution. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my plumbing needs, Arigatou Tom!

The work was amazing. Easy and fast to have a quote, the booking and the service done. I got a quick calls to sort details out and received feedback every time I requested - which made me feel confident to have the service done.
